Age Restriction

Players must be at least 21+ to use mmk47 services. Anyone under 21 is not permitted to use the platform in any form. Proof of age must be provided when requested by the operator.

Geographic Restrictions

Accuracy of Personal Information

Deposit Methods and Minimum Amount

You can deposit at mmk47 via KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay, CB Pay, and Bank Transfer. The minimum deposit amount is 3,000 Ks. Deposits are typically processed instantly or within a few minutes.

Withdrawal Conditions

The minimum withdrawal amount is 30,000 Ks, and withdrawals can only be made using the same method used for the deposit. Withdrawals are processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours of the request, and may take longer for players whose identity verification is still in progress.

Withdrawals and Verification

The provider may reject withdrawals made before placing any bets (pre-match cash-out), attempts to withdraw bonus funds before wagering requirements are met, or withdrawals before KYC verification is complete. If bonus abuse is detected, the account may be suspended and funds may be forfeited.

Refund Policy

Settled bets are non-refundable. However, if a loss occurs due to a technical error, the player may contact customer support to raise a dispute. A decision will only be made after the investigation is complete.

First Deposit 200% Bonus

Players making their first deposit at mmk47 will receive a 200% bonus on the deposited amount, up to a maximum of 200,000 Ks. To withdraw bonus funds, a wagering requirement of 10x the bonus amount must be completed.

Example — Deposit 20,000 Ks and receive a 40,000 Ks bonus, giving a total balance of 60,000 Ks. To withdraw, you must wager 40,000 Ks × 10 = 400,000 Ks.

Example — Deposit 220,000 Ks and receive the maximum 200,000 Ks bonus, giving a total balance of 420,000 Ks. To withdraw, you must wager 200,000 Ks × 10 = 2,000,000 Ks.

VIP Tiered Cashback

Players' VIP tiers are updated based on their regular play activity. The weekly cashback available at each VIP tier is—

• Bronze — up to 0.2% weekly cashback
• Silver — up to 0.4% weekly cashback
• Gold — up to 0.6% weekly cashback
• Platinum — up to 0.8% weekly cashback

Cashback is reviewed once a week and credited to the player's account on the date determined by the platform.

Referral Bonus

The referrer will receive 10% of the referred friend's first deposit as a bonus, up to a maximum of 20,000 Ks per friend. In addition, the referrer will receive 0.3% of the referred friends' total valid bets as a weekly commission.

General Bonus Terms

• The terms and conditions for each bonus are as stated in the promotion announcement
• Bonuses cannot be shared, sold, or exchanged for cash
• The expiry dates for bonus eligibility will be stated in each individual promotion
• mmk47 reserves the right to change bonus policies without prior notice

Football Betting

Bets can be placed on the odds and market types displayed in the football section. The provider reserves the right to void odds that result from handling errors. Decisions regarding late goals that occur after a match has ended are based solely on the official match result.

Casino Games

When playing live casino, slots, and other casino games, players must follow the rules of each individual game. Using cheating software or bots to interfere from outside the game is prohibited. If a violation is detected, all of the player's game activity will be cancelled and the account will be closed.

Disconnection

For players who are disconnected during play, the platform will resolve the round result based on the best outcome for the bet placed before the disconnection. Any funds lost due to technical faults can be claimed by contacting customer service.

SSL Security and Privacy Protection

Closure by Player

Closure by Platform

mmk47 reserves the right to immediately close a player's account if any of the following are found—

• A clear violation of these terms and conditions is detected
• False personal information is found to have been submitted
• Account ownership is found to be illegitimate
• Account activity is suspended pending investigation for money laundering concerns

A player whose account has been closed in this way will not be able to withdraw funds immediately; a decision will be made only after the investigation is complete.

Dispute Resolution Process

Any disputes between a player and mmk47 must first be raised directly with customer support for discussion and resolution. If a mutual resolution is reached, the matter will be considered settled. If no resolution can be found, the matter will be referred to arbitration, and the decision reached will be binding on both parties.

Language Limitation

These terms and conditions are written in Burmese, and the Burmese version shall be the sole reference for any matters of disputed interpretation.
